Our core capabilities lie in the planning, development, production, sale and installation of conference technology equipment. This includes simultaneous interpretation systems as well as discussion equipment and voting systems.
Aiming to grow further in the field of conference technology and to expand our market position, we are therefore seeking a
Software Developer
at our company headquarters in Königswinter for the soonest possible start date.
Your challenge
| The key area of your duties within a development team is to perform demanding development and programming tasks in an innovative and goal-orientated fashion. | |
| Through project-orientated design and implementation of programs using Windows software you ensure the further development of successfully established products on the market. | |
| In addition, you contribute to optimising and maintaining guidelines and standards, to developing necessary specifications, analyses and requirements and to ensuring the product quality is maintained on a long-term basis. |
Your profile
| You have completed undergraduate studies in informatics, electronics & electrical engineering or technical informatics or have received a comparable education. Alternatively, you are able to show evidence of many years of practical work experience in software development. | |
| You demonstrate to us that you have good knowledge in the development of discerning applications and their preparation and documentation and have experience in working with parallel-running processes (multi-threading). | |
| Proven, good programming knowledge in C++ under Microsoft Windows is a prerequisite as is an understanding for the relationships within the entire software engineering life cycle. | |
| You are familiar with working with Borland C++ and/or MS Visual Studio. | |
| Software ergonomics is not a foreign concept to you - in fact you always place the user in the centre of your ideas, concepts and designs. | |
| Knowledge in the field of controlling digital conference technology is a plus, but not an absolute requirement. | |
| You are a good communicator and team player, plus your profile is rounded off by your ability to show creativity, own initiative and a willing attitude to your work. | |
| You have a good command of written and spoken English. |
